Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Custom wigs, colored units, preorder items, and specialty orders may require additional processing time.
- Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
- Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Once an order has been shipped, Bambiibundles is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Information
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package if necessary.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, Bambiibundles is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages.
- Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
