Shipping Policy

At  Bambiibundles, we are committed to providing quality products and timely service.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Custom wigs, colored units, preorder items, and specialty orders may require additional processing time.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Time

  • Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Once an order has been shipped, Bambiibundles is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Tracking Information

  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package if necessary.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, Bambiibundles is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages.
  • Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of hair extensions, wigs, and beauty products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.


Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.


To qualify for review:

  • Product must remain unused
  • Lace must not be cut
  • Hair must not be altered, washed, installed, brushed, dyed, or worn
  • Original packaging must be included


Bambiibundles reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.


Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. Evidence including tracking confirmation, delivery confirmation, IP addresses, communication records, and signed delivery information may be submitted to dispute chargebacks.
